Beth

Beth Black

Beth has been in the fitness industry since 1991. Her responsibilities have included program director and instructor for large and small clubs, youth fitness programs in schools and instruction in senior living communities. Her certifications include American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer, ACE, Group Exercise Instructor, ACE Functional Training Specialist, TRX Suspension Training, Madd Dog Spinning (Level 3), Resist-a-Ball, and ACE youth fitness.

Trilogy Fitness opened it’s doors in 2010 with partners Joanne Leedy,  Susan Guetling and Beth working together to create a studio that welcomes all abilities, genders and ages. In 2017 Beth took over the business and strives to continue to empower people to be the best they can be. 

She holds a BS degree in Biochemistry.

cyndiCyndi Maston

Cyndi has been teaching fitness classes and personal training for 30+ years. Fitness is important to me because it makes me feel strong and positive about myself physically and mentally. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and helping them to realize their full potential.

One of my favorite things is to develop new class ideas, it helps keep myself motivated and I believe it helps those participating in my classes to  keep coming back.

Experience/Certifications/Education: AFAA Certified since 1987, Les Mills BodyPump, BodyFlow, CXWORX, Outdoor Boot Camp Certification, Pilate’s Mat work Specialty Certification, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Fit.

 Cyndi has lived in Merrimack for 22 years with her family.
