MEMBERSHIP
- Payment must be made in full before participating
- No outdoor shoes are allowed in the workout and studio areas. Please carry in proper shoes.
- It is a student’s responsibility to inform the instructor if there is a change in their health status, either illness or injury.
- In case of a check returned by the bank for insufficient funds, all fees will be charged to the participant.
PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING
- Semi-private rates are per person. Both participants must schedule their class times as a unit with the instructor.
- 24-hours notice is required to cancel private and semi-private sessions. Missed classes without proper notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount.
- 24-hours notice is required to cancel small group classes and be eligible to receive a make-up class. Make-ups will be scheduled with the instructor. Makeups must be taken within 30 days and within the same program. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a makeup will become available.
- “Flexcards” can be purchased for use in the Small Groups Training. Participants must have completed at least one full 8-week session in a small group or a 10-pack of Personal Training to be eligible. “Flexcard” holders can schedule themselves into a small group class up to one week in advance, depending on availability. We cannot guarantee that an opening will be available. 24 hour cancellation is required once a reservation is made or the class will be charged to the card holder. - Classes falling on holidays will be pro-rated.
PRIVACY
- All member information collected is used for Trilogy Fitness business including but not limited to transactions, health & wellness, contacts, and will not be shared without consent.
Participants will be asked to complete a “Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire” and a “Health History Form”.
A physician’s approval may be required before participation.
