We do not sell or rent your information. Your Information is used for business purposes only.

breach of our systems or interception of our transmission and we hereby fully disclaim, to the fullest extent provided under law any liability associated with any claim relating to a breach of security, data or information. If a breach may occur, we will notify users if we are aware of any issue that may involve user Information required by law.

Other Communications.  From time to time, we may e-mail users information regarding important developments affecting Trilogy Fitness.  We may also e-mail users on occasion regarding the Website.  Such e-mails may be sent to users even if they have recently opted out of receiving any communication from Trilogy Fitness (unsubscribed) within the last 24-48 hours.
